Payment Method
Registration payment will be made either by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) or bank transfer (in case of bank transfer, a receipt of the payment must be sent to the email assc@podiumconferences.com ).

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing. Please send your request to assc@podiumconferences.com. For cancellations requested before May 24, 2026, the amount paid will be refunded minus a $75USD administration fee. Following this date, no refunds will be issued.
How to Register Online

If you have accessed the Conference management system before for membership or submission purposes, please log in with the same email and password you used to create your profile.
If you have not yet created a user profile, please select the ‘Create User Profile’ option and follow the prompts to log in. A confirmation email will be sent to your email – please insure you check your SPAM folder. If you experience any access issues, please contact us via email for assistance.
Once you have accessed the system and are on your dashboard, follow the instructions on screen and fill in the form.
- Please be sure to select the correct Registration Stream.
- The system will recognise your ASSC Member status.
- Should you need/want to update your membership, you can access the membership enrollment from your dashboard.
- If you wish to participate in the conference dinner and tutorials, please make your selection during the registration process. They are charged in addition of the conference participation fee.
- You will receive an automatic reply mail from the registration desk (assc@podiumconferences.com)
